This is a tragic story and needs to be told. Castrating a young man because of what is going on in their head is pure evil. Body disfunction disorder is a mental illness which needs to be treated as such. People confused about their gender are being pushed towards surgery. The butchers who do this should be locked up. They are pure evil, and probably have a mental disorder themselves.
