Shocking. . . . .

 . . . . . but not shocking.

This is to be expected. There will be more incidents like this. Violence on our streets will become a regular occurrence. A man is set upon by a gang, dragged off his moped, and kicked repeatedly while lying on the ground. They want his wheels. Diversity is not working.
