Thousands of Natwest customers were unable to log into their banking apps this morning after a major outage hit the service. The issues started around 5.30am, with users logging into the app met with an error page. However, there is no indication yet as to when the issue may be resolved. The standard error message shown in the app suggests customers check their WiFi and make sure they’re using the latest version of the app.
