At risk.

Did you remember to turn your clocks back by one hour before you went to bed last night? Are you still alive? According to an article in the Express, all this changing of clocks twice a year is enough to trigger a heart attack or stroke. 

“However, previous research has linked the transitions to and from daylight saving time with higher rates of accidents as well as an increased risk of stroke and heart attack."

The article has also appeared in Microsoft News.  This is the way journalists spread it around to earn their money Who is paying them? 

The expert warned that this seemingly small change can increase your risk of major medical emergencies, like heart attacks and strokes by a whopping 70 percent. Older patients and those at higher risk of heart disease are at increased risk with the clocks changing.

Acapulco

I hadn't seen anything about Hurricane Otis, until today. Shockingly it has destroyed Acapulco. Looking at several videos reveals that the devastation is horrendous. It started as a tropical storm, but very quickly turned into a category 5 hurricane. People had very little warning, lives were lost, and it looks like every building has been very badly damaged. Power supply and water supply has been lost and people are working hard to help salvage something from the wreckage. 

Inspired have put out this video. An interview with Jeff Berwick who lives there. 

There are too many of these crazy weather patterns happening all around the world. People are asking questions. 

Not my words. . . . . . 

Weather modification? Geo engineering? Cloud seeding? They can and do control the weather. Just look it up on google. There are patents for this technology. It's a fact. Just call for what it is. It's weather manipulation. No possible way, that storm was natural.

Patrick knows

 I briefly met Patrick Henningsen at the conference in June. Didn't get much chance to speak with him because he was busy with radio interviews. He is a regular contributor to UK Column News.

Patrick is very knowledgeable on this subject. If you read the comments on this post, and if you take a look at all of  his posts. It will fill in a lot of gaps for you.

As with the proxy war in Ukraine, a complete abandonment of diplomacy, politicians openly endorsing military escalation, and no consideration for loss of human life. We are forced to sit and watch killing on an industrial scale.

With the continuing failure to escalate Ukraine to WW3, the coffers are running dry, hence the money laundering replacement in the form of Israel and a middle-east crisis. The attack was timely and Israel is the epicentre of not only political but financial interests.

Butchered

 Expect more of this. . . . . . . 

Two calves were beheaded in a vicious overnight farm attack thought to have been driven by the black-market meat trade.

The killers butchered the animals, leaving behind only their innards and heads, and draining the blood.

Several other calves were deliberately injured, in what experts suspect was an attempt to prevent them escaping.

After getting her 6th Covid shot last week, woman shares her side effects on TikTok. Fever, body aches, swollen lymph nodes & says her arm feels like it weighs 100lbs. She also had to use a sick day for work—and still fiercely defends her decision to get it.

Stop talking

An ordinary bloke pouring his heart out, doing a walk and talk on his way back from the pub.

WHO

 The WHO are pushing through a new pandemic treaty which says that they will have control over all aspects of our health, in all countries worldwide. Their decisions will override those of individual Governments. It is due to come into play in May 2024. They are working on this quietly in the background, knowing that we are all distracted by the atrocities going on in the world. The WHO are pushing for world dominance as part of the Great Reset, along with the WEF. Watch this video.  He speaks in English.

The WHO are trying to reinterpret their own rules to pass the IHR amendments in May of 2024 — without the public knowing what is in them.

Difficult

How difficult it must be for a previously fit and healthy person to find themselves chronically ill after following the Governments instructions to get a treatment which will prevent them from spreading a nasty bug, only to find that their own health has been seriously compromised.

 They would say that, wouldn't they. If they are so sure that the cov19 jabs are safe and effective, why won't the Government acknowledge that a debate is needed to prove their point? What are they scared of? 

On its live Parliamentary stream today, the BBC saw fit to broadcast a banner containing comments directly contradicting some aspects of A Bridgen's speech today.
It is highly inappropriate for the BBC to display any commentary on speeches being made on this stream.
The stream is meant to be a faithful broadcast of goings on in the House, not a news site or forum for debate (other than by those in the House). Has the BBC ever displayed commentary before which contradicts speeches being given by MPs?

Every day we are getting nearer to the truth. The question is, why is all this happening? Commodity Culture have brought out this video, which explains a lot. Everything that is happening is an engineered distraction to confuse and grab people's attention, while the real evil goes on in the background. They, the cabal or cartel if you like, are busy working towards complete domination of the worlds banking systems. They will bring in Central Bank Digital Currency. Once that happens we are lost. They will pretend that it will run alongside our fiat currency. They say that to gain our submission, so we accept it on their terms. They lie. It is only the first step.

I have just come across this video which I will share with you here. Trying to understand the hierarchy of who controls the world is a minefield of confusion. I am picking up bits of information here and there from lots of different sources. I found this fairly easy to understand. The presenter speaks clearly at a comfortable pace. Although it is an advert for crypto currency it isn't a hard sell. You can ignore those bits. 

Keep going down those rabbit holes, you might learn something.

Collusion

Johns Hopkins University professor Dr. Marty Makary told the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic during its first hearing on Tuesday "the greatest perpetrator of misinformation during the pandemic has been the United States government" and listed multiple examples.

It should be extremely frightening to people that the entire mainstream media apparatus is colluding with one another. What does that tell you?

Because Pfizer and the rest of big Pharma sponsor the main stream media.

Marty McCary was speaking about this early on and no one was paying attention. Do people not care about their rights anymore? Has our nation become so apathetic that nothing matters to us? If this apathy continues, the outcome will be a disaster for all of us.

You choose.

 Everyone who is directing their anger towards me is targeting the wrong person. You should be questioning the UK Government, or the Government of the country you are living in. Our rulers are the criminals, whichever party they are a member of. They in turn are taking their orders from those above, those of the elite cabal who hold all the money. The only way to bring them down is to stand up for your own freedom, because if you don't it will dwindle away to nothing. You choose.

Releasing pressure.

 Hello and welcome. I started this blog in 2019 and haven't added anything to it. It was going to be a private place to record my private thoughts. No one needed to know about it. Now I have things to say which are not going to sit well with some people. I am feeling very frustrated by what has happened over the last three years, and the fact that millions of people are being led into another world which is the total opposite of a free world as we know it. 

I need this space to get things off my chest. To bottle things up inside you is bad for physical and mental health. There needs to be a valve where I can release some of the pressure, and this is it.
