CO2 - Not only are UK taxpayers funding a pointless non job of ‘Climate change envoy’ we’re also funding Rachel Kyte to swan around the world in luxury. She’s travelled over 75,000 air miles since September, costing taxpayers almost £40,000! Shh… she’s saving the planet
