London (UK), September 8, 2025 – Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has officially opened its new state-of-the-art smart plant in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, with full site commissioning targeted by year end.

With Britain’s electricity needs expected to increase up to 40% by 2035, the plant is designed for long-term growth, producing the critical electrical equipment needed as the UK moves to cleaner energy.

The new facility will also significantly boost the EV charging network in and around Scarborough. An additional 30 EV chargers will be hosted on site, increasing local EV charging infrastructure by more than 110%^[1] and accelerating the transition to electric fleets.

It is a national emergency. You just allowed 1000 illegal invaders to penetrate our non existent border security and they are now free to walk our streets, preying on innocent women and children. As far as you are concerned, it has been a national emergency every day since you set foot in 10 Downing St. and pissing us all off with a loud noise on our phone won’t help. You just need to order the Royal Navy to DEFEND OUR BORDERS! And deport all illegals currently here. It’s really not rocket science.

Stop dressing this up as "safety." Britain isn't under threat from floods or earthquakes - the real "emergency" in your eyes is the public itself. The alert system isn't about warning people, it's about conditioning them. Conditioning them to accept a state that can intrude on their phones, their speech, their money, their movement - all in the name of "security."
